9. Online Order Processing and Refund Policy

Once the Online credit card sales is confirmed and place the order then customer credit card will be automatically charged and amount will be place-on-hold until the order is confirmed by the restaurant.  Before store confirms the orders customer can call Hotbreads Franklin at 732-940-0700 to cancel the order to reverse the entire transactions and send back to the card  or Store also have rights to cancel the order for some unavoidable reasons if that happens then store will notify the customer via email by cancelling the order and reverse the transactions.  Store also have rights to adjust the cost by upcharges or refund based on final sale of the order requested by the customers for any additional items requested on the order which was not charged or not listed with the original orders or some tips amount charges.  Customers have rights to call Hotbreads Franklin at 732-940-0700 for any issues or questions about the online credit card sales charges.
